• Fast-Ship Items: Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after processing.

Shipping Costs

• Free Standard Shipping is available on all AU orders over.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your pet’s goodies right to your doorstep.

Delivery Areas

• We currently deliver within Australia only.

• Some remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
